Mayicard App
Check your balance and recent activity directly in the app.
Official safety guidance
Mayicard will never ask you to share your Mayicard PIN or Mobile Money PIN. When something feels wrong, pause, verify through an official channel and report it.
If something feels wrong
Do not continue a call, reply to a message or follow a link from someone claiming to be support.
Never share your Mayicard PIN or Mobile Money PIN. A genuine support contact will not ask for either.
Check your balance or recent activity through the Mayicard app or MayiUSSD—not through a link sent to you.
Use the official Mayicard email below and include what happened, when it happened and the contact details used.
Official channels only
Use one of these channels to check your account or contact the team. Treat other accounts, numbers and messages as unverified until you have independently confirmed them.
Check your balance and recent activity directly in the app.
Dial *217*120# to access essential account options through USSD.
Clear records matter
Mayicard brings operator, mobile and USSD access back to the same account records. When you check activity, look for the transaction status and reference before acting on a message or request.
Always compare a message with the record you can see through an official Mayicard channel.
Report suspicious activity
Include the phone number, email address or account that contacted you, plus a short description of what happened. Do not include your PIN in the report.
